On a serious note though.
For all the trolling and other shit I do here, I want this game to thrive while I watch from the sidelines.
I want this game to get something similar to 10 years, like MvC2.
Also, the fuck kinda name is Paper? Asking for mad jokes to be thought of IMO.
My name is unfuckwithable.
I did pretty decent at Summer Slam Jam.
Finished 32nd since they put me against Unknown right away and well Iām not exactly ready for that yet, didnāt help that I dropped the first round and then fell apart. He also eliminated me at ECT. Sigh, Iām gonna play him more at xanadu until I figure it out eventually.
I was really stressed out on day 1 from playing 4 matches on stream, and the last 3 were in a row. Couldnāt close out some matches and had some funky drops and holy shit Strider xf3 with 3 meters just do orbs fuuuu
But yea I had fun.
Oh and I got to play LTP in casuals and that was sick! Love playing against MODOKs, especially ones that can counter vajra easily. Makes me work harder. Good games.
Hella late but I Drew being tired played into it a bit but the monitors that werenāt being streamed from felt laggy, not sure about the Stream setup.
Also it was funny how there was no hype for UMVC3 GFs at Lanhammer, but people were hella hype for SFIV.
actually truth be told on nemoās reps could be further optimized, but you lose a ton of consistency. The long and the short of figuring out whats most optimum for strange reps is how long you can keep using launcher > impact palm. off a really short starter strange can hit 3, 3, 3, 3 in the air with 1 on the ground in between each. after optimal nova/spencer crumples hitstun only allows for 3 launches /w 3, 3, 3⦠if you used a longer confirm to bring strange in such as a flight cancel combo for nova then you still get 3 launches if you shorten the strings to 1, 2, 3. What really tacks dmg on for nemo is the way he uses assists to reposition characters at the height for extra reps in the air without needing launch.
also from what iām told Nemo doesnāt actually own the game, how heās managed to get that consistent and figure out those loops without just baffles me.
Nice on making top 32! It was fun facing your team lol, and hopefully Iāll get to face your Chris/Dante/Strider in the future. And I didnāt realize it until after I got home, but I think I remember you visiting the Allentown locals about a year ago.
