A genius.
Think about it. The game would look really bad if Arthur was top tier.
Arthur’s design is so shitty compared to other characters.
Say what you want bout the top tier, but Zero, Vergil, Morrigan, Magneto, Doom etc, they all have amazing character design.
They look so boss. Now imagine Arthur being top tier in a game with these characters.
A game with a Demon, Mutants, Robots, Sorcerers and all that stuff.
This game will be so shit if a 2 feet tall, shitty knight was ruling them all.
I say nerf him more, and that includes other shitty-looking characters like V.Joe, Hsien Ko, Frank West etc
