why is tatsu supposedly so good for wolverine? or is it just easy comboability?
Quick start up makes it easy to pick up off his throw. Negates projectiles so it’s a nice counter call assist against plasma beam and such. Since Wolverine has the speed to get in on his own he might as well have an assist that destroys projectiles.
Fast, eats projectiles, good duration, far less hits than plasma beam or unibeam, etc.
I look at Marvel and I see combo drops, dumb infinities, Wolverine, Vergil, and Phoenix. I look at P4 and I see tons of optimization and smart shit.

Fast, lockdown and beats projectile and to top it wolverine and akuma are probably the fastest character without dashing or teleporting to cover the screen quickly
