Sf4 is very esoteric.
To beat dumb shit reliably, you need to jump through an abnormal number if hoops.
Of the current crop of Capcom games, sf4 is arguably the best.
Of the current gen of games, BB and KoFXIII are arguably the best.

From a technical standpoint the current gen fighting game with the least bullshit is VF5 FS.
What is considered to be “the best” fighting game overall this gen however is all up to personal preference.
