Faust’s playstyle is just wacky. He’s got long limbs too. He’s a screen controlling type of character.
I don’t know though, I remember when I was younger and the first time I saw the GGX trailer… The trailer was so hype and seeing Ky do his Ride the Lightning super just got me apeshit crazy. Add the awesome supers with the music and you got anyone hyped. Just from there I used Ky a lot and just liked him cause of his first impression I got out of the trailer. The rainbow saber overhead move is dope too.

Faust is dabes.
Screen control with his random item toss for mixups/pressure and pokes. Throwing that explosive paper bag in the air helps a lot for mixups too and he has a “dive kick” that I think hits high (not sure anymore).

I used to like Faust… I really did… But after something “happened,” I just hated him since. 
It’s not like a serious hate thing or whatever lol. I just dislike playing against him now. I haven’t even played Guilty Gear since GGX days anyways. I don’t even remember too much stuff anymore.

No, its a silly story really. I was playing GGX with my cousin and I had to go get the door. I paused the game and I said to hold on. I go get the door for my buddy and guess what I hear while I open the door? “DESTROYED!!!” I run back to go check, find out he did Faust’s instant kill on Ky while I was getting the door. I have hated such quack doctors ever since. True story~ :shake:
