The mods have the power to end and start the thread whenever so no one really knows when to start a new one except Ace if he gets a PM. Again though, IDC who makes the thread, just be creative about the title.
Plus if we let anyone make the new OTT at 300pgs you do know there’ll be atleast a few people who try to start it as soon as we reach 300 and then its like “Well who’s thread do we post in? Who’s thread do we want to keep?” etc
