I’ll lift to music sometimes and it’s usually Eminem or something else to pump me up, but when it comes to running, I hate listening to music. It distracts me in a bad way. I’m always fidgeting with my headphones because they start to fall out of my ears and as a result I start running slower.
Besides, when I run I create a rhythm with my breathing which helps me run better.
