Zero is quite androgenous but you can still tell he’s a guy just from looking at his official artworks, in Megaman Zero he looks androgenous too, but with anime draw style most boys who look like they are 10 look like girls.

You don’t really see it unless she’s in her dizzy state for a while. There’s really nothing that immediately gives away her gender.
