UMvC3 OTT; EVO is over, The Day of Σ has come!

Nah it’s fine. I’d rather play people that are at least trying to think about the game rather than the half dead people that I am forced to play against.

GGs all. I don’t know shit about Smash Bros.

Be very careful about giving me too much credit in that game…

3S though…

Still, we should play again, I got no problem losing to someone better than me, and I learn more from it.

But Moonwalk knees and drill shines are so hype!
Chain grabs to tech roll setups are sick!

I’m trying to learn AE. I’m getting better a bit at a time.

I think I’m focusing on too many characters though. I’m working on Cody/Chun/Viper/Abel/Yang.

You don’t want to see me play 3S. I’m a ST/SFIV player that dabbles in animu game shit. Shadow can tell you how I play 3S. I added you.

Why is peach lemonade so godlike?

Parrying Ken’s SA3 is so satisfying.

I still can’t get a Viper relaunch with Doom beam :frowning:

and now you’ve seen how sorry I am at SF4… :).

I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT.

Haha. After i bought 3SO, i wound up playing a few ranked matches to durdle around a bit. My first 5 matches wound up being against Arlieth. I was sad.

Wow, could’ve sworn the sign above the door said ‘Sougenmu’. Been playing too much Zero lately.

FINE =(

I got DRK, OMG itz a duck. I’m at least decent at 3S though.

I don’t think any amount of random experience in other games could prepare you well for 3S. It’s just so awkward trying to learn to deal with the parry system.

War Machines were so top-tier

If youre on later we could give it a go. I was playing 3S earlier, and fuck do i love that game. Probably the most enjoyable of the “old games” for me.

Really? I played 3s at a young age without much thought, and 4 being the first game i took seriously. And i got into 3s just fine. Weird.

I’m always down to play 3S as well. I learn well at least. I just haven’t ever played it much I guess. I just never feel like I’m playing properly when I play that game.

(>^.^)>

Yeah, 3S has its own set of fundamentals, so you have to re-think a lot of the stuff you’d normally do in other games.

Just look at how much in-depth anti-air is. Parrying really adds an extra layer to the game.
