Are the missions for the old characters the same? If that’s the case I can just breeze through those later and work on the new characters.
No, pretty much everyone’s mission mode combos have changed. except the magic series mission where they ask you to LMH S MMHS.
Of course. After all, why would they keep the combos all the same in the new edition.
Is there any trick to doing the unfly H on Mag’s mission 10? I can do everything it asks except this part;
S, j.H, AD DF, j.H, fly xx XF, [fly.H -> AD F]x5, fly.H, ***[unfly, J.H]***, S, The Squeeze.
Man Deadpool keeps bugging me. He’s got like the easiest trials in the game up to his mission 10. I can’t consistently hit the dash timings right on the quick work loops. Obviously teleport cancel breaks the combo and it seems like a very tight link to dash up cr. M after quick work H. Anyone else have some tips? Only way I can do it is push Chun towards the corner but then the OTG into Ninja gift will not connect
For Nemesis’ #9 you must delay the sj. S as much as possible, call assist + backdash and Tiger Knee the TK shot.
Deadpool mission 10: I can do everything up to the part where I do the final happy happy trigger in the air, but if I do it as I fall chun is already getting up by the time deadpool is at the right height to hit her with the super. If I delay the final jump S, chun flips out.
What’s the trick here?
Has anyone tried Tron’s mission 10 yet? It’s pitiful how bad I am at this mission. After the first Gustaff fire, I jump cancel to hit them with M, but when I go for an H they flip out every time :\

everytime i try and to the double jump cap jumps straight up…he never keeps forward momentum
heres what i’m trying after launch :uf: air , M, :uf: H, never fucking registers…resets every time. i can’t do anything if he doesn’t keep his forward super jump momentum. i can get the combo to register if i launch :uf: , M, :u: H, but something tells me this is wrong because he jumps straight up.
i dunno if you did it yet… but … after the final S… as your falling wait until your right above chun li to activate hyper
(i did all of deadpool’s mission 10 in x-factor…made it tons easier)
(did this combo in x-factor…ninja gift connected every time… and i was able to dash S , s.j S, hyper very easy)
Attack with M as soon as you leave the ground, and then when you double jump, you and the dummy should be at near the same height.
Also, does anyone have advice on Rocket Raccoon’s #10? I’ve been watching different videos of people doing it, but everytime I land I’m way too far from Vergil to connect the S after shooting my oil bomb.
For me it was just a matter of very deliberately flicking the stick in the up-forward position before letting it go back to neutral before I pressed H. I had trouble with this too, but for me the problem was that I kept getting Cap’s up-kick instead of his front kick.
Another thing you can try is to use a pad for this mission. I didn’t need to do it for this particular one, but for other missions that require “precise” inputs I find that a pad is simply better (joysticks are better for missions that require “fast” inputs). I works for me and my friends, but YMMV.

If you’d put some spoiler tags around them, which includes whichever tips that other people have written throught the thread, that would be an excellent reference instead of reading the entire thread each time one needs to look for info.

Finally got it the hard part was that dash timing at the beginning, had a real hard time with it for some reason
You can just jump straight up instead of up-forward, that way you are in range to TK the bazooka without having to backdash. Worked for me!
Can anyone help me out with Spider-Man’s mission 8? After x-factor you’re supposed to air glide down-forward and follow up with an air H but i just can’t seem to get the timing down. Any tips?
As soon as Spider-Man touches the ground after super, activate X-Factor. Neutral jump straight up and immediately shoot the web straight down.
The second you see Spider-Man shoot out the web is when you press H, pause for a slight second then S.H into Spider-Sting.
