i think they havnt finished with the round of nerfs and buffs yet some characters look the same…hulks standing h looks alot faster though.

With the DHC glitch removed, what happens if you DHC out of a cinematic hyper. Do you still go into the spin with no damage scaling reset or can you just not DHC out of cinematic hypers anymore?

I like how people are acting like the forward tag meter subtraction will kill Phoenix. It’s almost a buff for Phoenix because they are going to be countering forward all the time since it’s obvious that’s what you’re trying to do. It’s like if a referee of an RPS tournament told both players that if you win with paper you get an all expenses paid trip to disney world. You know both players are going to go scissors everytime. Plus the Phoenix team could always do a forward tag on you and subtract your chances to snap Phoenix in. The H shot nerf and possible nerf to XF3 are legitimate nerfs for her though.

What I heard that might not be mentioned already is that Akuma tatsu got nerfed and doesn’t have the opponent in a juggle state for as long. Which is fine by me because that assist is retarded good. It even has frames that stop beams so if you’re using a beam assist it’s faster starting than your beam assist and will probably shut it out half the time. I heard XF3 got a tone down in time also. Someone said it got a nerf in damage also.

Dante’s hammer possibly being nerfed doesn’t surprise me. The move literally had no downside except for the slow start up making it susceptible to air throws. As soon as I heard Dante had a move like that I figured it’s probably a good time to start thinking about using Dante. I can only imagine what stupid shit Vergil is gonna have.

I’ve heard with the right assists it’s actually a decent zoning tool. I think when people learn to accept it and make use of it it won’t be so bad.

Pretty disappointed Lei Lei looked as slow as ever. She probably got some buffs to damage or something easier to implement, which is kinda disappointing so long as she’s still so damned easy to block.

Have Rocket’s arsenal make Chris look like he packs super soakers and I’ll be happy.

Arthur throws 3 lances in a row now. Which is kinda ridiculous because the blockstun on those is so severe he can cancel directly into goddess bracelet and back into more projectiles until his meter is out.

Not really a buff, just something annoying that Arthur can do.

Hopefully Trish has an Otg/more priority on projectiles…

apparently standing forward h for haggar now ground bounces instead of give huge hitstun…so a nerf to a character that actually needed help this game is looking awesome allready

Every character that should be buffed doesnt necessarily get one. Besides, at his best Haggar would still lose to most of the cast.

Yeah but haggar was a godlike assist so nobody really gives a shit what he’s like to play as on point. And that’s not that bad a nerf really.

If they didn’t give him anything else (and that’s a big if) that would really kill his damage, damage he really needs.

he needs a way to deal with projectiles too…with storm and mags pushing people in and out at will now…how can anyone without a decent projectile get in
