UMvC3 - List of Changes

Well you either bleed 850k hard, 830k hard like X23 or 800k hard like Zero and Akuma. I’m assuming he either bleeds like Zero or will be the first 700k health character. LOL.

Mess around with X23 for me to see if you find anything out of the ordinary. I doubt they changed her much but if you find anything different or random lemme know.

I dont really play X23 but I can try to see if they changed anything, Im thinking of running a team of Red Arremer, Hsien Ko, Ryu and trying to get three bars with Firebrand then shuffling through all characters Power Up Hypers to get to Ryu and then using the only real invincible assist in the game. I get to comic con at 8:30 but I have to go to work at 1:30 and I pretty much just wanna play umvc3 and sfxt tommorow :slight_smile:

sounds like doom and sent are going to move up the tier list just for the fact that many of the other top tiers have been nerfed

Hmm. lets petition for strider’s health to go up to ironman level. :smiley:

I love Strider but he needs to do less damage or keep his health as is. Seems to be the strongest new character thus far and although hes got a lot of potential to be tricky its sad to see him doing so much off basic vanilla wolverine type shit.

EDIT: My friend Jason/Tokiko beat clockwork today on stream!!! With his Super Skrull team no less! Clock was running Strider, Doom, Ammy! :smiley:

the damage should stay, i mean he has two level 3’s after all… but i want his health to be Ironman level at the least :stuck_out_tongue: :smiley:

I like the high damage too its fine, his health being higher is just asking for the Wolverine treatment tho and then everyone will hate Strider :frowning:

You got a link? How great was Clock’s strider? I saw floe use She-hulk/Strider/Sent and it was cool seeing strider take out Dante and wesker like a bunch of punks.

Is overall damage the same or lower?
Does ABCS ABCS OTG Hyper still do unnecessarily high damage?

Sorry dont have a link I saw it in person, if it was on stream tho look for it. First time Clock used Strider so he prob wasnt used to him.

Peekaboo got better?

Dunno, but with Tron and Haggar getting the Sagat treatment, peekaboo looks like the last remaining viable combo breaker assist.

Hsien Kos gold armor chain may still be good i will check tommorow i see it being even better in this build.

I see it being the same. Even if it got faster you only need to bait it once and kill it with a hyper. She dies too easy with it which I think is perfect

If that’s all that Lariat has lost, then it’s still viable unlike Gustaff Fire. Hard knockdown was nonsensible anyways. It’s enough that you’ve had a combo breaker, but a getting about a year to confirm into a TOD combo afterwards is fucking stupid.

So this begs the question: Drop Vanilla MvC3 altogether until UMvC3 (unless your attending EVO or already have dropped the game) and play SFIVAE for the time being (or go play SFIII get ready for Online Edition next month)…or just put up with playing the game as is until release? Hmmmm…

Oh and if someone can REALLY checkout Thor today at CC, and not get blown up in 10 seconds…that’d be much appreciated.

Oh yeah, that reminds me: Does the damage assists take when getting comboed scale now?

I saw on stream someone got a 2 for 1 and the assist took as long as the point character to die, point character was still near or close to full life.
