Nonetheless Dante is all about collecting weapons to style on his enemies. Even if he doesnt obtain a holy weapon to kill GR, he’d style on him for days.
Here’s a question: How would GR deal with a character who can teleport anywhere? For example, even if Penance Stare could hurt Dante, how the hell is he gonna get Dante to look in his eyes?

If they added him to the game without his game even proving to be worthwhile, a part of me will die. I’ve already been left scratching my head that they put in THAT Spencer from the game everybody either hated or thought was mediocre at best, rather than the Spencer from the series of games that got mostly praise and adoration.
But hey, I’m very, very, very skeptical of that game. Haven’t seen a single name attached to the title that inspires confidence. Seen (and been in) too many hype trains that end up running into walls to get my hopes up for something that is untested.
When it comes to Capcom, their fighting games are all I have faith in. (And even then, I question that faith.) Everybody from every other department at Capcom has, well, departed. I’m not going to get hyped for a new DMC, because I know that it isn’t being made by the same folks. I’m not going to get hyped for a new Mega Man, because I know that it isn’t being made by the same folks. I’m not going to get hyped for a new RE, because I know that it isn’t being made by the same folks. The fighting games is all Capcom has left.
Just face that Ghost Rider cannot do anything to Dante, no matter how much he wished he did. After all, they ended up teaming up to take care of Mephisto, even though Dante did all the job.

A lot of these are messe dup and I will tell you why
First off while Ryu is strong he is for sure not stronger than lets say Wesker. Wesker and Ryu are the same at base, they both have enhanced reactions extensive knowledge of Martial Arts now what puts Wesker over the top is the healing/strength/speed factor of the Uroburous plus his intellect. So Wesker is too low and Ryu is too high.
Same thing with Chun Li she needs to be way lower, below Felicia at least (who needs to be higher) because no normal person can beat any Darkstalker. Chun doesn’t have any feats that prove her strength even over someone like Haggar.
Arthur needs to be higher, he went through hordes of demons and killed Satan…
Dr.Doom needs to be higher, I don’t think I need to list why but hes got a solution for almost every battle, hes beaten Galactus and Silver Surfer, he can use mind control time travel his suit can;t be hurt by physical attacks when his shield is up etc.
Galactus much lower. Hes been beaten by Phoenix Doom and Ghost Rider
theres more mistakes but this is some to start with, granted this game is very hard to tier and I mostly just have knowledge on Capcom characters

Look man, I’m the one who started debating this with you, my final stance is a draw, I think they would keep fighting and eventually mutually accept a tie because neither could finish the other off. I honestly think you over estimate Ghost Rider’s actual power but I respect his defenses, they are pretty much indestructable except by holy weaponry. On that note I think you underestimate Dante and his feats/abilities, at the same time I respect Ghost Rider’s. And to everyone UMvC3 endings are not canon, even tho they are a good indication of some things (like Dante pushing around Mephisto, imo) however we can’t take all of them seriously (Sentinels defeating Galactus and taking over the world, cmon now)

I think Dante would win but you have to look at how strong Morrigan really is, S-Tier Darkstalker daughter of Belial who was the strongest Darkstalker in existance, she has like 2/3rds of his power or something. Plus she beat Jedah (he revived, mind you) who I think would go even with Dante sort of like Ghost Rider so thats a testament to her abilities.
Plus shes got magic, can create clones, turn her body into weapons, turn her bats into shields/weapons, teleport, etc.
I still don’t see why people want Asura when his freaking game isn’t even out yet.

You can try as hard as you want, but when you are dealing with a fanboy, any attempt is rendered as useless.
Like how he’s being saying that Mundus is a “sissy”, but instead of saying why, he dropped the line right there, dry. He will simply not accept that Ghost Rider has weakness that certain characters can use for their advantages.
If you need more, he also said that the Penance Stare will pierce through everyone no matter what. When it’s clearly known that you have to be a sinner to be affected by it.
Moreso, when I said that Ghost Rider and Dante are quite even, instead of getting a clever answer, I get something like the rude phrase that he said.
