She then completely annihilates an owl before this asshole named Oki comes in assaulting the other owl comes in and wrecks the place. She could have killed them both but no; OG Ammy lets the owls stop time and lets the blue wolf dumbass get himself stuck between time and a sharp-ass pimp cane before knocking him out of the way and getting herself impaled. Why? Because if she didn’t, Oki would have never realized that his silver sword achieves max power through compassion, not killing bitches. Without the sword shining, she couldn’t get into the Ark of Yamato where the mother-fucker of darkness Yami was hiding.
OG Ammy goes back to her own time bleeding like a mother-fucker to watch her future self kill past Orochi and jump in just in time to stop a boulder from crushing the chosen one. Why? Because she needs the chosen one’s son to kill future Orochi. She then dies knowing that she’ll be revived 100 years in the future, just in time to kill future Orochi with the chosen one’s son, Susano, who was the one who RELEASED future Orochi in the first place BECAUSE if Ammy didn’t do this, she couldn’t expel the source of Orochi from inside the Ark to fight Yami.
To recap: Ammy goes into the future to get herself mortally wounded before going back in time to watch her future self and the chosen one Nagi kill Orochi, then dies, then gets revived in time to kill future Orochi with the chosen one’s son Susano, then watches her past self get mortally wounded (knowing that her old self can ignore time manipulation) so Oki could learn his lesson so she can get into the Ark to kill Orochi AGAIN and fight the source of darkness, Yami.

Like Marvel’s Shuma (not Capcom’s swagdaddy Shuma) and Galactus he’s an entity with a certain purpose. He only has a black/white sense of “right” and “wrong” and proper justice. His soul was cursed I believe and so Johnny blaze is literally just a name now, GR really has no sense of “self” besides a few buried wishes and memories. So he’s not a good guy per say, he doesn’t forgive on most occasions and if he sees you’ve done wrong you’ll be punished for it.
Vergil is half demon, so we can assume that his body is not bound by physics.

Also, I’d place Hsien-Ko much higher, and only partially out of bias. All of the Darkstalkers are supernatural and really powerful.
Vergil’s Yamato is suppose to cut dimensions and stuff like that, which is why it’s so important in DMC4. Since it’s suppose to cut through the fabric of space, you would expect it to cut through anything, but the game wouldn’t be that fun if it really did cut through everything in 1 hit (barring Heaven and Hell Mode), so I suppose they just say that for story purposes. Though comics are probably easier to showcase some broken ability like that and games only have that luxury in cutscenes honestly. So yea, I would say Vergil can harm Wolverine, since we know it can do all those fancy space cuts and open hell gates.
eidt VJoe would wreck a lot of people in this game if he was like his in-game counterpart. Mega Megabot SixMachine would be hilarious if it was taken in account, since it’s a robot that can stand on top of the earth.

Or is this about the time when he took Beyonder’s powers (At least I think), and Cap I just got to agree he only wins because he’s the Utimate good guy and for plot reasons on paper his abilities are lacking compared to others. Didn’t know that about Deadpool though, though he still kind of belongs where he is because he can’t hurt certain people but nothing can kill him.
Just how powerful is Morrigan anyways? Isn’t she technically a demon so Dante kind of eats those for breakfast without much effort. Oh and i’d place C.Viper under Chris.
Classic Ds is the very definition of deus ex machine and he can’t flat out beat Dormammu, Dormammu is the same guy who fights with Eternity, and live to fight em again.
