On the upload page, click the link to Increase your limit to be prompted to verify your account. If you do not have the option to verify your account, or if you lose your access to long uploads, the best first step is to check your account for copyright claims and strikes.
I have unlimited video time permissions on YT and a 300GB monthly bandwidth cap if you need someone to upload videos.
That explains things…I’ve got all sorts of copyright claims from using music and footages from games/tv/movies…lol
My post with the video has been edited with the new upload. 25% as I’m writing this and will probably take 2.5 hours or so (the video is 1hr 55min) but I probably wont remember to post it later.

nah at least garchomp required to use your brain and the execution requirements are way harder than wesker’s :rolleyes:
Wesker is solid OU. He has good atk and spd, but his Dark/Fighting typing and limited move set lets him be checked by better characters. Still, a Choice Banded Wesker revenge killer is not something to be trifled with, and with his Moxie ability, he can gain momentum very quickly through little effort.
