Luckily for me, if Spencer uses a Bio Arm he can’t hit my characters if I have one bar of meter.I can beat him with Mach Speed/Shadow Servant, or at least be safe with Devil Trigger.

How fast is the Mach Speed startup anyway? I think it only gets beaten by Chaotic Flame and For the Princess. Though you’re the Joe guy, so I’ll defer to you.
Just be careful when Spencer has X-Factor, I forget sometimes and get blown up after my Rage Trigger is XFC-blocked.

well kitty was good back in vanilla…top 5 underrated good. i played her a bit back in vanilla and that air delta kick will help alot since they nerf toy touch…her only otg move she could combo into to. but she’s really a problem in XF3 cause she gets a good dmg and speed boost that turns her into vanilla wolverine.
as for strider…i haven’t fought a strider i consider good yet. most ppl just wanna use his assist but don’t want to learn him the correct way.

Not even slightly invincible, if your opponent is throwing it out randomly he is gonna lose dante eventually, plus it doesn’t even have a lot of priority or projectile durability.
Mach speed starts up in 12 frames so its not like uber fast, but it is uber invincible, first 32 frames if im not mistaken. More invincible than a lot of lvl 3’s in the game. Refer to this video if your ever considering THCing anywhere around joe, the only lvl 1 that will beat mach speed(other than counters obviously) is probably hard drive and that ain’t available as a THC.

I was getting very very salty on this match. Wesker/Amaterasu/Dante. You know one of those scrubs who doesn’t know how to play the game but their damage output is so good with the basics it works. Basically this person spammed ->H with Ammy, easy to block I know, but allot of the time he does it so often that it ends up turning into a grab -> free ABCS ABCS, OTG Wesker ABCS Okami Shuffle. Or the guy all he does is TAC, which I happen to guess wrong a whole lot. He does nothing outside of DHC’s from Wesker and TACs. It made me quite salty, he also spammed assists, I couldn’t get in because for whatever reason. lag or otherwise I couldn’t block those Jam Sessions, and do them enough and I start to lose HP. I should really improve my game with this kind of stuff a loss is a loss it just baffles me how I could lose to something like that when 6 - 0 me became 6 - 7 him somehow. I could not punish that assist for whatever reason.

Well his options are Rebecca,Jill,Sheva,Ada and Jessica. Honestly Jessica is looking like an A+ in the looks department. Jessica is from that new RE game which I think would be good…if it weren’t on the 3DS it looks like Capcom put some work into it…but why 3DS? All of them have Dat Ass surprisingly, Sheva the most I think.
Well my Strider started out from only using Vajra H to get in and not knowing any basic BnBs, but I’ve improved allot. I’ve actually no XF comeback’ed with Strider on a whole team once. it was a pretty epic and dare I say true comeback?
Still can’t get over how I just found out low attacks still work when you use Ouroboros…I thought it was all in the blockstring…

yes and i acatully think its better for combo-ing into chow time.
but toy touch was good for resets and combos/mix ups with assist…so i think it was better overall. tho sand slash otg is a nice addition.

I just played against my first decent Strider today. I got blown the fuck up by Vajira nonstop. It’s like I couldn’t press any buttons whatsoever, ever. If another character was on point, they would do safe blockstrings and call Vajira constantly. Unblockables/Nigh-Unblockables everywhere. If Strider was on point, they would call bastard assists like Doom missiles to keep me from doing anything and just wail on me with Strider and do a blockstring that ended in Vajira to get right back in. And, of course, level 3 x-factor + Ouroboros = I can’t press anything period and have to pray that I block correctly.
So, I’ve come to ask for general assistance on dealing with Strider. Halp.
If it helps, I run Vergil/Wesker/Doctor Strange.
Strider works like Phoenix, snap-in and kill him while’s vulnerable. Punish if you can while he’s in his assist. YOu can try baiting the assist and attempting to counter. Get this, Vajra beats Okami Shuffle…a full screen super, and Max’ Wesker Strider sure knows where to teleport.
Also, who the hell plays a player match and then leaves after one round? isn’t that the point of a player match? to have multiple matches?
ppl who leave a player match after one match because
A: you lose to em -maybe after like 5 or 10 times i understand…but they’re basically saying your free leaving after a few matches
b: they lose to you- salt is a mean one…and you also got ppl full of themselves thinking they’re hot shit but then lose to ppl who play hisen-ko (no offense) and get upset about it. alot of ppl cannot take a loss and can’t hold dat shit
c:lag- im not gonna lie if the lag is horrible…i WILL rage quit. with no remorse.
really i wanna play player matches more, but i hate that i can’t find ppl who will stay more then a few matches with me. thats why i play alot of ranked…even tho ranked is hella ass when u a 8th lord, and it don’t get many good ones when u get higher.
If you don’t mind that i’ll be testing out new chars with Shuma, i’ll be happy to stay a few rounds.
