Can we not bring Superman into the argument, because if DC starts coming into the comments then it’s just obvious who the most powerful superhero is.

There is nothing to fear but fear itself…and Batman.

Also, Batman’s lvl3 would be “Prep Time.” The opponent’s team dies as soon as the cutscene is over bc Batman has thought of every possible move they could make.

I’ll bite. for the sake of arguement, Superman isn’t hurt by Kryptonite and no one has any.

NOW…how exactly does Superman beat Goku? Goku’s resistance to attacks is off the charts. Hes been shattering axes with his skull since hes a kid. Nowadays, most characters fully charged attacks are easily blocked by him.** Thats IF he lets them hit him.** He not only is extremly fast to where he seems to be teleporting, but he can actually teleport too. I don’t think Superman could even touch him tbh. Goku is freakin rigged.

I mean this is the guy who, in Super Saiyan 1 a LOOOOONG time ago when he was much weaker, was blowing up planets, and sending extremly strong enemies hurtling towards the sun.

Superman can still be killed even if it isn’t by Kyptonite. Hes not invincible.

Plus if Goku is getting his ass kicked/tired(doubt it) he could just pop a Senzu bean and now hes back to tip top shape. Oh, and lets not forget the Spirit Bomb…

Of course, Goku and Superman would never fight. They’d go get a burger. Or if they did, they wouldn’t go all out.

I suck today! I’m winning matches but barely, I’m dropping even my easiest combos. Weird thing is I only ran into 1 Wesker, 3 DMC teams, and alot of teams with Vergil and any mix of sentinel, hulk, or nemesis as the other 2.

On another note I went to the lobby and saw this guy I played before that was hosting a lobby labeled as beginners only, that guy is no beginner he was in there just raping scrubs, so I played him beat him and he blamed it on lag

Id also like to take this time to congratulate Capcom on making another one of the cheapest characters ever: Rocket Raccoon. One of the smallest characters, has a “teleport” to get in, is fast as hell, and can go under ground for nearly three seconds to avoid you completely and/or cross you up several times before emerging. You might as well mash on your controller to hit this damn thing because trying to predict him is like trying to predict Mag’s mix-ups; whether you block right or not, your still at a disadvantage:(

Id also like to take this time to congratulate Capcom on making another one of the cheapest characters ever: Rocket Raccoon. One of the smallest characters, has a “teleport” to get in, is fast as hell, and can go under ground for nearly three seconds to avoid you completely and/or cross you up several times before emerging. You might as well mash on your controller to hit this damn thing because trying to predict him is like trying to predict Mag’s mix-ups; whether you block right or not, your still at a disadvantage:(

Dude, you know I got love for you (no homo), but Rocket isn’t that good on Mags level of bullshit. Then again I haven’t messed around in the lab long enough to really get Rocket down so maybe he is as good as you say he is.

In most cases, the more powerful a character is, the less well written they are.

Which is why most of these ‘canonical tier debates’ end up going into Shonen Jump territory.

No, dont get me wrong, I’ll choose to fight a good RR before I fight a good Mags anyday, but I mean with some characters (I was using Trish) he’s ridiculous to hit. Im not saying he’s great but his small hurtbox+teleport that makes him appear basically when he wants to=bullshit.

This reminds me. Magneto is a freaking old fart, why in god’s name is he moving so freaking fast?!

The only time (and I mean ONLY time) I would use Magneto is if I wanted to use his Magnetic Tempest. That has been and always will be my favorite move of his.

Vergil’s Yamato is suppose to cut dimensions and stuff like that, which is why it’s so important in DMC4. Since it’s suppose to cut through the fabric of space, you would expect it to cut through anything, but the game wouldn’t be that fun if it really did cut through everything in 1 hit (barring Heaven and Hell Mode), so I suppose they just say that for story purposes. Though comics are probably easier to showcase some broken ability like that and games only have that luxury in cutscenes honestly. So yea, I would say Vergil can harm Wolverine, since we know it can do all those fancy space cuts and open hell gates.

eidt VJoe would wreck a lot of people in this game if he was like his in-game counterpart. Mega Megabot SixMachine would be hilarious if it was taken in account, since it’s a robot that can stand on top of the earth.

MegaMegabot Sixmachine needed some kinda referance in this game, it was sexy as hell

Yup, no idea if it got a Japanese release yet but Toriyama himself is “greatly contributing” in writing the story as well as designing the characters so it’s pretty much canon.
