We definitely need Amingo,RH, and Sonson. I’d also love to have Abyss in his first form as a playable character.
We need more SF characters (SF3 ones specifically), but we’re never gonna get more than 4 probably. Oh well, hopefully they make Marvel Superheroes vs. Street Fighter 2.
Would anyone else love some Dead Rising Psychopaths? I think Adam the Clown, Slappy, or Tyrone King would be pretty cool and could work well if done right. Of course, we need Chuck Greene first.

The Fantastic Four as one character, where you use Hypers to switch out (Hypers also cause damage). You start with The Thing, in his trench coat.

I want an unorthodox SF character. Like E. Honda, Blanka, Necro, Oro, or Rufus (yeah, I said Rufus).
Necro makes more sense than Dhalsim. Q or 12 would fit.
I know this was Nitsuma’s game but, Ono kept talking about comparing certain attributes to card games like Magic. Think about how much they could do if they just changed our thinking on how the game’s character DLC gets released. They could have done little mini sets:
4 characters themed on…I dunno…sidekicks, or cohorts, like Bison and Juri, or Blob and Toad, with special assists that compliment each other. Hell, what a way to bring back Ken (not that I cared about him)!
4 characters themed on older MvsC games (I don’t need to list those, again)
4 themed on arch rivalries: Whoever doesn’t have their arch rival. For instance, Spiderman.
These character packs could have come out every quarter of 2012. Why don’t they ever do cool shit!?
I can imagine it now: Marvel vs. Capcom 4!
Want Luke Cage, Sasquatch, and Barry Burton to duke it out with Moonknight, Man-Thing, and Hauzer? Or maybe you’d prefer Mysterio, Slappy, and Guile taking on Gutsman, Scorpion, and Nick Fury? You got it!

Finally, another person who wants Scorpion in. I even sketched his moveset once. If they didn’t want to spend a year animating Venom’s gloop, then Scorpion would have been a great replacement-and almost the same attitude.
It’s sad that 3 is over. Forum posts for more [and more interesting] characters just won’t die.
Actually, I forgot about that character but he would be an awesome addition. I’d like to see him with this armor.
There really isn’t anyone like him in the series. Ghost Rider, with his chain, or Marrow, with her one bonetail Hyper seem the closest.
I think there’s something in the comic, that if The Scorpion stings you 3 times, you basically die. They could incorporate that into the game-a Hyper that is maybe hard to aim, but if you land 3, then the damage and effects build.

If they make an MVC4 later this year or next year, I’m pretty sure that Scorpion, Rhino, Black Widow, Nick Fury (ultimate),and Thanos will have a high chance of appearing (for obvious reasons). Also, I want Blade and Man Thing in! NOt just in Jill’s ending! Tyrant from RE would be awesome, too (screw rating concerns, he’s in the background of a stage, plus they said the same about Nemesis and he made it in).

I think Toad would be fantastic! Highly unorthodox and interesting. The tongue would act like Spiderman/Spencer mobility, and all the cartwheels would be like Sonson. Toad, Blob, Juggernaut. I would like to be able to assemble The Brotherhood and go knock heads, old school.
Wasp also. Bring back a character who is as small as Servbot, but is in constant flight!

With SFxT failing at life, it is possible that we may very well get more content, since UMvC3’s producer may be attending EVO. In light of this I’m going to post 5 suggestions for Capcom/a rant.

[]New Stages, Not “New” Stages - This one is almost required. There was music for a Okami-themed stage a while back, so it shows that stages with a different base layout were planned. Two stages with alternates would work.
[]This is it - As much as I love this game, I think three releases is all we’re getting. With the exception of SF2, no Capcom fighting game has had over three releases. This would be the last time we ask for stuff.
[]Buffs/Nerfs - I get the whole “figuring out the game” idea, but we shouldn’t have characters who are completely redundant like Hsien-Ko and Ghost Rider, yet have characters like Zero and Vergil who outright nullify most, if not the remainder, of the roster. In my honest opinion, the top/bottom slots should be a discussion between about five or six characters this early on, not two. (wait for it…)
[]NEW. CHARACTERS. - The entire point of this thread. You said you wanted more characters than Marvel 2, Capcom. Make that real.
[*]Misc. - Just an offhand idea, but I think we need match-specific animations. Like seeing Chris break down a door if he fights Wesker on the Tricell labratory stages or a special animation for entire teams of Avengers, X-men, DMC characters, etc. Aside from that, more H&H cards, new costumes/colors, and maybe more modes.
