With Sagat: Forward Throw, jump forward, delay MK fireball FADC ultra
With rose: back throw, step back a pixel, LP fireball fadc ultra
With seth: back throw, MP sonic boom, ultra (METERLESS!!!)
With ken: forward throw backdash LP fireball fadc ultra
Akuma (Doesn’t make the ultra hit).

tested all of these on a human blocking.
BEFORE YOU PANIC: this is ESCAPABLE situationally. ken has meterless escape (Hp shoryuken) for sagats for example. some characters can ultra through kens, etc.
Okay so we’ve had a little while to experiment, here’s how this shit breaks down:
Ultra freeze causes a fireball going active on the same frame as the “oh shit!” expression frame (ultra freeze) to become unblockable.
The ultra combos off of this, so naturally, this makes the fireball unblockable (and in a sense, the Ultra as well, since it’s a combo off an unblock), and the ultra not actually unblockable, but combos. For all intents and purposes, this is basically the KoF Super Freeze glitch.
You have to input a reversal BEFORE the ultra freeze, this is important, because that makes this unblockable an actual mixup, though it’s a meter intensive, situational mixup, it’s still a mixup.
Depending on your character you may not even get hit by some of these, or have reliable ways of escaping it. (Example as Ken, you can just HP SRK out of it, or Akuma you can teleport out of Seth’s etc, vs Rose you can backdash and only get hit by the fireball as some characters etc).
