Maybe he’s always on drugs.
That is how Ono always is, and he is struggling with a 2nd language he learned late in life. If you see him at ANY event he is always a bit of an awkward goof.
Ono is a mad genius. Eccentric as fuck but also pretty loveable. He’s like that uncle you have that mutters to himself all the time but gives you a hundred bucks out of the blue for no reason.
Maybe Ono is the actual reason why we still harbour love for Capcom in general.
