Cup size isn’t determined by your bust exclusively. A woman can have a 100cm bust but be an A cup or have a 90cm bust and be a DD cup.

Since we don’t know the under-bust size of characters (only bust/waist/hips) there is little to no way to determine the cup size accurately.
