I’ve been starting to use U2 more and more now with USF4 approaching to punish all kinds of things.
Now the question I have and where I’m unsure about is how negative characters are after an EX FADC (a special cancelled into fadc).

I know if Ryu/Sakura or any other shoto does DP FADC, they’re around -1 or -2 if blocked,
but I’m unsure about other characters, is there perhaps a list somewhere available that’s ever tackled this subject?

I know that Cammy is also negative after drill fadc. So if she does drill fadc Fw, you can punish it with U2.

IIrc, only Seth isn’t punishable on dp FADC forward, but i could be wrong
