Doom + Strider are still best friends but it’s Doom with Vajra assist and not Strider with AAA.

I mostly just meant Strider backing up Doom instead of vice versa, but beam + teleport is probably pretty nasty. I’m sure Strider with the missiles would be pretty hot.
Resets are awesome except THEY DON’T WORK WELL.
I’m only kind of kidding. They work, but the air tech means the opponent gets an action (assist or invincible move). It’s a cool setup, but his problem is actually landing a hit. Rekkas are sweet, though, you can cancel them at almost any point of the animation.
So far my team is Deadpool, Stryder, Ghost Rider.
Anyone have any advice (Besides not sucking) on how to land the jump M after Stryders j.qcf L? I’ve landed it like twice, but can’t get it repeatedly… The character keeps jumping out…
Anyone else impressed with Capcom’s usage of the Special button for the new characters? I feel like in Vanilla it was just launcher and fly/unfly.
Frank S+A roll is pretty cool but I was hoping for 22+AT like in TVC… was kind of sweet to play 50/50 with the roll that doesn’t go through opponent and the one that does.

I like how you don’t have to jump up to do OTG Shinkuu Hadouken, you can just land, A.Tatsu~xxShinkuu Hadouken. People have been saying his SRK assist feels like it doesn’t get hit out of as much but who knows.
I haven’t ready any forums or guides or watched any videos yet, just been freestyling tryin to invent technology haha, but I been playing strider in some p mode, and if you’re talking about what I think you are, like for example launch, superjump up and then M, H, qcf L, then land and rejump M,H qcf L, then standing M , S, super jump into MMHS, welllll then my advice is you just gotta make sure you’re doing the qcf L before your character gets too high in the super jump or else your opponent will be too high and be out of the combo by the time your jump M after wards comes out. If you do it way low, (as in the next rep of the “loop” if you will) then you just don’t jump M, you just do a standing M into launch.
Does that make sense or is that not at all what you were talking about?
So far the online play sucks for this game. Although, it has not been released yet, this is not a good sign for the future.
Oh you have it? And it sucks? That’s unfortunate. That’s pretty much the only thing that would’ve made me buy that game. I’ll just have to learn to play via other people, I guess.

So I think I’ll be running Nova/Sent/Dorm, with some Hawkeye, Strange, and IF thrown in. I might end up doing Hawkeye/x/Strange. They have really good synergy imo.
