I must say I’m still not a fan of my Sagat play but my shoryukens were way more on point today and I do like that.
Lesson learned : staying up til 7 something in the morning playing wow the night before a tournament = poor performance in tournament. Good job Ron for representing for our house at least, sorry for failing! I promise I’ll get better lol

Maybe, but like I said you also played super super conservative and pretty much let me do whatever I wanted for the entire set. I think it was just nerves really (not necessarily butterfly type nerves but “I gotta win” type), something I’ve largely overcome. Like I’ve said before, I get blown up playing online - it’s not just my Sagat but every character I play. However I can still win (or get 2nd) at tournaments over people I know are better than me because I just do what I do and don’t get shook near as much or often as I use to.

After looking at the replays, Ive got to give some props to Ron’s Sagat. I didn’t even know our matches were that close. They felt like miles apart, haha. I see why you said I was playing conservatively. Like you said, the uppercuts were really on point for all of the matches. Props to Starks, too, cus his Viper looked more refined.
