I was messing around with spencer, it looks hyper grapple resets the ground bounce for DFA also allowing him 900,000+ without assist or air combo

Why did they give him pure buffs outside of removing dhc trick?

It’s OK…safe on block doesn’t matter when Virgil backdashes and just slashes you with his godlike range, or just, jumps straight up and does his downward slash on the move’s RIDICULOUS start-up. There may be some other uses to it; I’ll definitely be messing around with it quite a bit.

It isn’t a ground bounce, btw…it’s an OTG hit that is subject to hit stun scaling. General info for anyone who wants to know.

missle pick up in the corner for the verticle grapple got alot harder to do…assist seems to come out a lot later after the reel in punch…still possible tho, just a much smaller window

Spencer got all of this pure awesomeness injected in to his bloodstream along with a new special AND a Bionic commando costume. Spencer for god tier.

:eek: I don’t think it’s that people were ever sleeping on Spencer or thought he was bad (outside of a few haters).

I just think people knew he had limitations.

Now Capcom is giving him those limiter removals. I’m looking forward to more Spencer action in tournaments, haha.

I have been using spencer since I saw combofiend beat Marn with him during the Final Round Tournament. The new changes do kinda mess up old combos. The zipline being so fast, my 4 bionic arm combo (No assists) doesnt work as well anymore. Also I noticed when you launch someone, they dont go straight up.

Currently, i am loving his new move. Let the crazy Bionic Combos Commence!

And to think we thought Bomber was going to be useless…

no way, it has no minimum restriction, you just need to be far enough off the ground that you won’t float.

it’s your most damaging OTG after corner air series. Bomber straight into Maneuvers into Lancer.

I don’t think Bionic Bomber likes me. Whenever I see people use it it comboes almost effortlessly. Seems like it takes forever to come out when I use it, lol.

I do Reel in Punch after a wire grapple, then try to jump up and BB, but it seems to always fail.
