I’ve been around shoryuken.com long enough to know its never to early to make tier lists. Sure some people will say its to early to make one, but the rest of us know its already set in stone. Anyways here is my expert opinion on tiers. The individual tiers are not in order, so everyone in S tier is ranked the same, not 1 through 5. Feel free to give me feedback on my tier list or create your own.

We already have a thread pretty damn close to this with the “who do you think is busted” thread. I already made a speculative tier list based on the changes for the vanilla characters.
There’s no point in trying to throw the new characters into tiers outside of like pure fantasy until we get some hands on em. Lots of things that I’m sure that can be put together with each of them and hidden strengths and weaknesses we may not now yet.
I guess we could turn this into the new “tear” thread when Ultimate comes out or just close it and keep using the old one. Whichever people prefer.
Oh and edit the thread so “tier” is spelled correctly. People aren’t going to take this thread seriously as it is especially when you have characters that people have never even seen played on video yet as S tier. At least look at the guys level 3 first. LOL. Or better yet just spell it as “tear”.
