Other than that and the sucky HUD, this game looks amazing.
The HUD will probably change. Part of the reason they do pre-release gameplay is to get opinions on that. I’m sure more than a fair share of people play it and when they get asked “whaddya think” they’re like “its fun. HUD could use some work”.
At least… i HOPE it changes. I mean its not the worst I’ve ever seen, but its a bit awkward.

No. The holes in the bottom of our current Marvel. It would be great to think there were 2 more coming between now and then, but it’s probably a daydream.
This. This and more THIS!. I honestly wish I could “Like” this post more. This is what being a fan is about, did I want Thanos and/or Gambit (Especially Horseman Gambit) over RR or Nova? Sure I did, would I have preferred Jedah or some more fighting game representation over say Nemesis? Yup. Do I dislike that a slot was spent on Phoenix Wright when it could’ve possibly been used for another Capcom throwback, like say from Power Stone? Of course, but all in all I don’t really have any complaints other than the fact that, because of RE and my unhealthy obsession with Wesker, making teams will be ridiculously difficult for me since I refuse to use any team WITHOUT Wesker on it.
Vergil is amazing (DMC and RE being honestly my favorite game series’ of all time haters gonna hate etc)
Ghost Rider is one of my favorite Marvel Characters of all time especially if you check out the image below from World War Hulk after beating up Hulk and giving him the Penance Stare he decides to leave and Dr. Strange says this to Stark: [details=Spoiler]

Ghost Rider is one of the most powerful characters in the Marvel Universe so I definitely welcome the addition
Nova is freaking awesome and fought off the Phalanx infesting him through almost sheer willpower
The new characters are good choices, I would’ve preferred others but I only got off the hype train just to jump onto a connecting one.
My opinion may be different because I have close ties with the industry so know/understand a lot more of the internal workings than some other people do, but dear god I’m hyped as hell.
Another thing. People thought MODOK was a waste of character slots (or maybe it was just me), however, IMO, he is one of the funner characters in the game…
Watch, RR is gonna be a zoning beast. Bet it.
The main thing that bothers me bout the hud is-on stream at least-it makes it very difficult to see how much red health your assists have. On a separate note I hope the fact that all the characters have been leaked means capcom will be quicker with the official announcements.
So do we have a thread to discuss what we’ve seen of the new characters and speculation on the announced characters or is this it? I see a lot of whinning in the past 5 or so pages.
I think he actually looks quite cool, hoping he has a massive laser of some sort, I mean he’s no more odd looking than Joe or Arthur or Firebrand.

Pretty sure this is still in the early stages and will be tweaked, and think Floe wrote that its actually easier to see in person compared to stream.
Man, Hawkeye seems to have a lot of moves. I think i’ve seen around 15 different shots on streams. His first assist is triple shot like Taskmasters and the third one is scattershot which seems good but slow. Did anybody see his second assist? It got picked many times but never saw it used.
So far all the new characters look great. Ghost Rider has a ridiculous range in his attacks damn, Firebrand looks annoying and Strider looks very good obviously.
Seth Killian mentioned that some characters got new hypers, maybe Tasky and Spencer? HYPE!
I’m gonna sit down today and read Guardians of the Galaxy and see how badass this raccoon is. Prepare to be enlightened by my comprehension…
Speculation, mostly. It would be a nice troll to give one of the most hated additions in UMvC3 a similar moveset to one of the most adored additions in MvC2. But because of his size and his comic history, it’s safe to assume he’ll be at least a decent character, if not a really good one.
is there gameplay or some leaked info saying RR plays like Cable? i keep seeing posts comparing the two

there wont be another cable in this game until theres cable in this game, and even then, he might not even really be cable 
people said chris was the new cable, they said deadpool was the new cable, they said arthur was the new cable…im waiting here for the actual cable to show up
His character is fairly close to being Cable in raccoon form in the comics, so people are speculating his playstyle based off of that
