Otg rhk and his level 3 from tvc:uas and joe goes from my fun team to my almost srs team. Seriously magic into level 3

Why do people love the joe lvl 3 from tvc so much? It didn’t seem to do a lot of damage or have any particularly good features at all. Could someone enlighten me please?
Just because it was bad in TvC doesn’t mean it would be bad in MvC3.
Also Level 3s are really strong in this game due to being unscaled, so it’s actually a big buff, giving Joe a much needed way to finish characters off at the end of their rope.
Well I remember being able to combo after landing his lvl 3. You could combo a canon super at the end or even land to launch them again and continue the combo(gain some meter back that way). It wasn’t too bad.
We should be getting some reveals this month, no? November is in 3 months and we have 8 characters who have yet to be officially announced.
Since Blade already has a Anime out in Japan and Alter universe Spidey is now “multi-racial” then it’s safe to say that these two characters are pretty much confirmed.
Well if they do 4 characters at a time again, we only have 2 reveals left

NYCC is on October 13-16. That’d be the next big reveal, probably. It seems spaced just right (two months from now, one month before release, just enough time to spark up the hype trains again before November). Not sure what little anime/vidya game conventions are between now and then.
Gamescom is the 17th through the 21st of this month, and according to the website it looks like Capcom will be there

ROCKET RACCOON HYPE TRAIN
There’s PAX Prime, too, near the end of the month, as far as gamer conventions go.
It’s very large and has a solid mix of casual and hardcore gamers, and they showed off vanilla there last year; I think it’d be a pretty good spot for at least more build exhibition if not a reveal.

(Before you get salty: Given the price points of individual characters and cosmetic features like costumes/stages, this is a steal – the roster expansion alone would be $60 at that price point, plus $5/2 stages (for 8) and $5/6 costumes (for 50) would put us at $125 for all the stuff we appear to be getting.)
