lol, that is tooooo funny. As for your question, I think dante is pretty darn versatile, you can pair him up with almost anyone. Of the top of my head, haggar, akuma, amateratsu, chun-li, probably sentinel. Of all the above, I prefer ammy since she is arguably the best on point of the group and she has some nice dhc’s with dante as well.
A thousand times this. I mean there are what 3-5 legit game changing, let me snap this bitch in so I no longer have to deal with _____ level of assists in this game. If that number where close to 10, with a variety of effects and with them not being as good as Tron/Haggar but attached to better characters I think the game would be better for it.

no for Venom I think it is the fact they want Eddie Brock Venom and he is no longer Venom. Doesn’t mean another symbiote couldn’t take it’s place.

I really agree with your capcom characters but think we will be seeing another in Asura as well just for the publicity he would get for his new game. Its all in the marketing. However from the Marvel Side I just dont see it happening its not up to the fans or up to capcom its up to marvel and they flat out said No to venom and they really dont want any more x men reps themselves. They are pushing the cosmic line of books hard as that has been their best seller in quite some time. (Guardians of the Galaxy and even more so with the Thanos Imperative) which is definitely why RR and Nova made it in. Ghost rider has a new movie coming out and Hawkeye is in the avengers. There is a trend marvel seems to be following and I doubt they would break that. They are definitely thinking more about their comic fans over capcoms video game fans. I wouldnt be surprised at this point if Ultron Ms Marvel Thanos or Luke Cage made it in at all. In fact I would say they have a much better chance than venom and gambit.
There’s also supposedly a Gambit movie in the works.
I thought Guardians got cancelled Nova and Starlord and Thanos got “killed off” at the end of Imperative and there hasn’t been anything substantial in Cosmic since.
Flash-venom I doubt will last and the Anti-Venom stuff like disappeared. Carnage is back after the 5 part mini recently.
Something tells me there is going to be another big Symbiote arc coming soon.
I agree that Asura will definitely make it at some point down the line though, the game needs a “true” brawler type.
