Yeah, and maybe a Hugo reveal for SFxT or something? I’m not really expecting anything major at all in terms of announcements, not that it’ll really matter because it’ll be EVO. That’s more than enough for me.

Best part of EVO is that these producers and devs are in the midst of fighting game enthusiast so there’s a very high chance of getting that nitty gritty info instead of fluff.

As a general comment, I liked the little bit about the fun of exploring. It’s what keeps the community rolling and fun (for the most part) to be a part of.
As for UMvC3, I’m kinda anxious about Firebrand now. As in, facing him. I’m glad Seth touched on both the aesthetics and gameplay-qualities that characters can bring to the game. It comes up a lot here and in other forums.
After hearing him talk about freedom of motion, I want to know even more just what Hsien-Ko is supposed to accomplish. I’m starting to get the feeling that she was meant for some weird kind of zoning, but that doesn’t work with her moveset seeing as she used a blend of spacing and mixup rushdown in her home series (which seems like it’d work well here). So the team got stuck at some weird in-between while rushing her out. At least, that’s my theory.

Regarding aesthetics, character qualities, and playstyle, I’m starting to worry about what exactly Iron Fist is going to bring the table that is new. Maybe it’s just me, but how is Capcom going to do Iron Fist without just having overlap from other characters, especially SF-based ones?

Honestly, Yun should have been in the Vs. series a long time ago lol. It’s funny, yet sad at the same time how Yun is basically a Marvel character in AE.
Lol I thought that him and Ibuki would have been great inclusions in a Vs. game
Now that I think about it, you’re right. I just think that Capcom wouldn’t want to leave one of the brothers out or something, even if Yang would show up in a Lv.3 Hyper. Ibuki would work fine as well, I think. I’d have much preferred her over Viper.
Anyway, even though I have no basis whatsoever to make any judgments about him, I have an odd feeling IF is going to be all-around good. I’m just getting that hunch.

Nova’s gonna be bitchin’, I can tell you that. Anything less just wouldn’t be right.
I think Nemmy’s going to play like an updated Juggs with a rocket launcher. But hey, who knows. I think he’s going to be revealed last along with Rocky, seeing as they’re both kind of the WTF choices.
