Edit: Yeah. They would probably nerf it quite a bit. It couldn’t be anywhere near it’s current state and be a level one.
Huh? What do you mean ‘only’? Literally everyone has been constantly bitching about that since the moment they watched the reveal trailer. No one seems willing to, you know, wait and see how they work.
I think it’s more that it’s almost impossible to make a level 1 Ouroboros that’s balanced. At the very least, it has to last long enough to give you one free mix-up - what other character gets this as a level 1?
Seems like everyone wants orbs to win the game for them.

Orbs is fine as a level 3, its pretty powerful still, though a bit surprised the rings dont do chip damage, but I guess that would make it obscene with x factor.
If orbs did chip in a game with X factor… Dear God… That would be like Dark Phoenix feathers… BUT FULL SCREEN.
The rings have never chipped. It would be absurd with or without XFactor.
Seems like anytime one of three posters brings it up it gets shot down by 15 other posters talking about ppl wanting orbs to win the game for them.

While we are on the subject of VAs I really like Strider’s 
someone said it before but he sounds similar to Samurai Jack and I greatly approve!
That’s why I like the character additions for Ultimate so much. We have all of these otherworldly beasts like flying demons, bike-riding demons, zombies, space raccoons, and lawyers.
I hope we get that okami stage now.

Overall, I’m pretty happy with the roster. 100% better than I thought it would be.

I haven’t been able to watch the stream that much, but I heard that it was said on there that Rocket Raccoon is indeed going to be Cable 2.0. Is this still speculation or did Seth flat out spill the beans about RR’s playstyle?
If so, fifty bucks says that Rocket Raccoon has an AHVB-equivalent super.
