What I do : stinger > reberb shock > fireworks > XF(1) > dash MHS > H to get the gun shoot > S > Jump canceled acid rain > jump H > hammer > follow as any other dante combo. Does 1 million +2 meters with doom missiles extension I’m going to look for some way to record it but don’t expect any quality
Ugh! I have these really stylish and practical combos and set ups with my dante vergil deadpool team, and I want to show them but I don’t have the money or know how to make a good quality combo movie. I should as hell don’t want to upload these combos on a camera phone either.
Meh…The team is okay, but it’s pretty much a single point/double assist team, if Dante dies early start of the round from blow-up or happy birthday you are fucked, unless your Sentinel/Doom is godlike or at least really solid, if not then this team is really risky to run.
So after a long, long hiatus, I finally decided that I want to get back into Marvel. I’m still running my original Vanilla team of Dante/Wesker/Sentinel. My question for you all is, this is the first time I’m touching UMvC3 seriously, so what do I have to learn/re-learn about Dante? I know he’s supposed to be drastically different from Vanilla, looking for his higher damage BNB’s and whatnot.
And yes, I already know how to bold cancel. Before anybody mentions it. lol. XD
well, it’s difficult to say because i’ve pretty much forgotten about vanilla dante; one thing i can tell you is you’re going to be disappointed by the hammer a lot =/

My question to you all is why my opponent seems to flip out of my midscreen combo a good portion of the time,talking about after launch/gunshot/prop shredder…am I just doing too many gunshots or not waiting long enough for them to come down into prop shredder or what??I hate droppong combos.Haha.Been really tryna level up my Dante this week…any help on this I’d appreciate it
Yeah, I did notice that people got crucified for not knowing how to Bold Cancel. I’ve got that waaaaaaaaaay down pat lol. And I have noticed a nerf to Hammer, which I loved to throw out in Vanilla haha. It beat everything. XD

I’m going to say this combos feel very different the push back is huge and you have to make adjustments the timings a lot tighter in this game that being said.

This is midscreen only and a solo combo I use different variation but it’s team dependent corner combos you want to use skydance ground bounce reset and since you use drones look on the first few pages ton of really high damaging corner combos useing sent drones. A basic solo example would be
“M H Stinger BC Volcano (oh shit I’m in the corner) jM jH H S jH Killer Bee back dash S~H Stinger lv 2 BC Sky Dance (no long ground bounce) Volcano immediate cancel to Beehive Stinger Jetstream Fireworks super/ (if you get a long ground bounce off the skydance last hit wiffs) Multilock immediate Acid Rain Volcano jS Volcano Beehive Super”
Question for Darksim specifically, in your dash up Dante midscreen combos involving Prop Shredder, is there a certain trick to getting the dash up S ~ Clay Pigeon - Prop Shredder without having them get put out of range for shots to connect? I’m guessing it’s something related to how long the delay is with the second j.H, am I right?
Has anyone messed around with adding a st.M after Airplay J.H? Just messing around here, but if you’re midscreen you can set up double AR loops easily since you’d end up in the corner after the launch/gunshots.
You can but it’s hard as fuck (to me anyway). Besides, when the next extension I can do with Volcano - Viper Burn Kick - Crystal or Million Carats is a full shot rep of Clay Pigeon, meter build/damage isn’t too much of a concern at that point.
I actually play Dante/Strange/Wesker (for TAC and better dhc)
I like your final extension with Strange (I guess it works without all the fancy shots loops in the start). Does it require any special timing of just do it as it looks.
