Well basically… where are you !?
I don’t know about everyone else but its too much hard work playing with 100-200+ pings to transatlantic players and beyond. Its more stress than its worth. With a high ping, to me the game plays in a weird faster then normal speed, and 3 out of 5 opponents tend to have this connection where they are ahead in sync. Then theres the rollback. Then because of all this, at times blocking fails (even though im yanking on the stick), moves just disappear or fail to come out and i can forget reversals, which is instinct to me under normal cirumstances. So all in all it makes it a tough fight regardless of the talent of the other player.
Its not even that its so important, i usually play laid back games in friendly lobbies, but when you enjoy the game and make the effort to better yourself at it, it gets frustrating when your set up gets broken to this nonsense all the time.

So yea, any UK/Eu players that want to play under better circumstances, leave your PSN ID here, or someone start a EU HDR matchmaking thread so we can start getting some lobbys on !
We were playing the US version because SCEE/Capcom took so long to release the damn game and forced us to get it through “other method’s”, thank god my last room mate had a US credit card.
I doubt the game sold that well in the UK, I played it when it came out (the US version) as much as I play 4 now, a lot!. But I haven’t touched it since sf4 came out except to download the patch, and thats it, I doubt it sold that well over here seeing as SCEE/Capcom released it the day before sf4 came out.
Did they honestly think 99% of people would give a shit :looney: ?. I might go back to it some time seeing as I was getting decent with Deejay :wonder:, but no immediate plans.
Yea they really messed up there. By doing that late release, they narrowed their sales right down to hardcore SF fans. Who was gonna buy HDR when SF4 was around the corner ?

But anyway, SF4 is for sissys lol, you wanna play a real mans game like HDR, it will put hairs on your chest !
Im just hoping people get fed up of SF4. But the other problem is, as far as i can see, most of the European/Uk tournaments don’t even have ST anymore ! Only 3S and SF4, so its not looking good here for HDR.
Its a shame because right now on PSN its alot of fun and there are some insanely talented players on board.

Why is it that every time i play, i can only play 1-3 online without too much trouble, and from then on every game gets stuck at the vs screen and then says that a player has disconnected. Every time. I reload the game and it’s fine again for the first game or 2.
