what system is #R on?
Thus far, I only have 1 modded PS2 with #R. I also have #R for the X-Box, but only 1 PS2 adapter (tried to get another today, but nobody sells them anymore). So, if I want to have #R on the Box, someone will have to use either a) the X-Box pad (but who really wants to use that piece of shit?) or b) my X-Arcade. If I can’t get another adapter from someone, and people don’t like either of those options, then #R will have to be on my PS2 only, which means that the #R tourney will go a lot slower.

Again, thanks for coming out again guys. Good shit with #R, especially since you’ve only been playing for a little while (or so you tell me). I’ll make sure to get you guys those match vids sometime. Also, good job fucking me up in 3S. I guess I’ll have to start practicing that game more. Also, no, I will not play Marvel! Say what you will, but #R is 20,000 times better!

Thanks for running the tourney! Good job for your first time, imo seeding round robin wasn’t really necessary. Maybe next time if the turnout is low again, u should just do a round robin tourney. just a suggestion. oh and we really only have been playing guilty once or twice this past week. we are quick learners!

Ok, so after watching the tourney vids, I’ve come to the conclusion that I need a whole lot more work in #R. So, whenever you guys are free, please give me a call and I’ll come out to wherever you are. Also, I need to get you the match vids, but first I’ll have to buy some more CD-Rs.
Do you know about netfiles? Everyone at school has a netfiles account. http://netfiles.uiuc.edu It’s what replaced our student cluster last year. You get free 100mb hosting with unlimited bandwidth. The only downside of this is there’s no ftp. What’s nice about it is uploading and downloading doesn’t count towards your computer’s bandwidth limit either. This way you might be able to get them out faster.
I’m kinda busy this week too… two exams, a paper, a quiz and other random stuff. We’ll play after break when i find the correct nuts and bolts for my sticks =)
Well, considering the smallest file I have is 400 MB (!!), I don’t think thats going to work.

I was fairly sure that there wasn’t some absolute bandwidth cap, but if it gets past some arbitrary point, they shut you down.

The only good thing about Tekken 5 is the arcade controls. Goddamn, Sanwa parts in an American cabinet? If only the game was as good as the controls…
Anyway, we should get together at some point this weekend, considering next weekend will be really shitty for games. I’ve given my business characters in GG a break, so I’ve been playing a lot of Eddie, Venom, and Zappa. Watch out for infinite lockdown, kids!
