Team tournament is fine I think, I dunno, I would want andy’s opinion on this. Advertising shouldn’t be a problem because since we have a lot of time before then, I can submit yosh’s flyers to housing and I think they will distribute it for us, and not only that Illinites is doing advertising for us.
Only we have no control over how those flyers will look…
You should say “2v2 Team Tournament” so people actually realize they need a buddy to play with. Never underestimate the stupidity of some people.
teams or singles is fine with me. its really whatever you guys want. both are legit tourneys and both are fun. i actually like the team tourneys more than singles.
you can add that if you dont have a teammate thatll be ok, we’ll have a signup for those without teammates. that means we need YOU, yosh, dan, scott, jerry… to possibly participate in the team tourney in case someone needs a parter. 
dont worry, itll be fun.
if you’re worried about attendence… then start advertising word-of-mouth style and have them spread the word as well.
i’m down as long as i can name my team “dizzy’s milkshake brings all the boys to the yard” or “schoolgirls special”.

Last night, Lindsay got really pissed that I left her place to play GG and that I played until like 10 PM, so she threatened to break up with me if I didn’t stop playing. When faced with the choice between my girlfriend and video games… well, I think the choice is obvious.
