hey scott there’s some video game alliance meeting thing tmrw. it’s at 6pm at illini union rm 405. they got my email somehow and sent me a mail about it so i was just gona go see what they are about. probably scrubs but watever. i’ll tell you how it goes.
Oh, I’m sure they all will be scrubs, at least in the sort of games we care about. They might be able to beat us in like…Mario Kart or something, but so what?. Might as well check it out though.

So yeah, the video game alliance is full of people who play halo 2 and smash brothers, say they are really good, but I doubt any of them are competitive.
Then they play a lot of old games, its just for messing around, nothing more serious.
No fighting game players too.

Are these DVD quality rips? I pre-ordered the DVD couple of weeks ago, so I don’t want to spoil it for myself unless the video quality is superb.
they have two versions: 700 megs which is not bad quality, and 3.9 gigs which i’m 10% done with LOL.
3.9 gigs!? That’s a huge ass iso.
Speaking of anime, I haven’t done any translating in a while. I think my fansub group is pissed at me.
Okay, Qdoba is lending us chairs for the tournament. I can’t seem to get tables. I tried to sign them out, but they are only for quad-use-only apparently.
If anyone has any suggestions, I m willing to hear them out.

I’ll help you move the chairs, Jerry. Dunno what to do about the table issue, though. I made a FINAL FLYER as a last ditch effort to get more people for the tourney. I’m going to Six Pack for work this afternoon, so we’ll see how this turns out.
