Its probably only on standing opponents. Ryu can do that as well.

I got joy 2 key workin but my sticks still kinda stick left or right sometimes. its like the programs blow for accepting twitch inputs from arcade sticks. Anyone else having better luck?
xpadder works just fine for me maybe its just your stick either that or you configured something wrong
Thats the thing tho. Ive tried 2 different sticks one modded and one stock and I get the same thing happening.

You don’t need any program to use joysticks for KOF13. There’s a program within the gamefiles called TypeXconfig. You say no to the first 3 questions, press enter, and then assign your directions/buttons from there. It took me and Zen FOREVER to figure out how to get two sticks working at once. ALso, when we switched to thje TypeX config I could actually do special moves.
The button layout is as folows:
1 2 3
4 5 6
In KOF terms that equals:
A C D
B D
You need to set every button but button 6 since that doesn’t get used. After just assign coin/test mode buttons and you’re set. I really wanna play 13 again. Game looked sooooo good!

Bro its such a fun game. I didnt think I’d like it at first. I plaed SSX3 for like a hour and I couldnt put it down. Its sooooo good. If you ever can try SSX3 and I swear you will love. 10 out of 10, I promise.
