If you got $ to throw down then get a MAS STICK.
There around $200 with PS2 and Dreamcast connectors or $170 with just 1 type.
That comes with convex and perfect 360 controllers wich is basiclly what hawaiian brians and all major tournaments use.
Now if thats price is to up there best bet is a ASCII stick .

In case youāre wondering why some moron hasnāt been wasting $5-10 dollars playing against your top tier teams with Roll-Servebot-T Bonne, I left Hawaii.
Joined the Air Force and got stationed in Germany. The only two MvCII machines here have broken controls and (of course) no competition.
I miss getting my ass whooped.
