Video games are manufactured and have nothing to do with natural. You were talking about lions and giraffes and stuff, speaking on video games as if they were a part of the natural order of things. They can just as well not exist at all, in that case your example is a bad one. Especially when you’re using the word natural so loosely, in a figurative sense. For your example to make sense, it would have to be literal.

We are on benefits from the Australian government so the more kids we have the more dollars we get (Not why we had another but nice to have the security)
Also the government pays $5000 to every female that gives birth to a child (Which helped a lot with things needed for the baby.)
Neither of the above is why we had the child (We genuinely wanted to have one together) but as I said the above reasons are why we decided we could afford another one.
You’re equivocating natural as in “We do this because it’s in our nature” and natural as in “not artificial”.
Trying to legitimize your need for self-indulgence I see. Nature has nothing to do with it. We’re conditioned (nurture) towards playing video games. Consider that there are many out there who do not have the urge to partake in such a stimuli.
