Aw, without Time Stop stirring things up, what will the comic forum do to entertain me in between waiting for issues?
We had our reasons for banning him.
I am VERY open minded (many of you know this personally)
and I totally appreciate all the comments and feedback we
are getting… but his posts were BEYOND acceptable.
He had been warned before, and people know me as
always looking at the good side of things, but his posts were
VERY useless because NO ONE could benefit from them.
People (and not just Udon) were getting offended on
a personal level. NOT good.
Plus, banning a member must be reviewed also by other
mods and/or admins. They agreed. Everyone’s happy.
Other than TS, I have not even warned a single other member
before, which is fantastic! Lets keep up the fun and continue
the thread / forum.
So, after the ComiCon the ultimate editions will be available for sale?

Personally, I’m looking forward to seeing some Cosplayers.
The guys were telling me there’s a really good Dan cosplayer who
always goes to SDCC. This will be my first time, so I’m really
looking forward to it.
I really hope that someone cosplays as Rose. hehehe
although i am excited about a ton of stuff… particularily the artists there… what sold me is Capcom being there…
capcom is not only going to be there, but they will be sharing the booth… udon was crowded enough at NYCC, but with all the convention exclusive stuff that Capcom is offering (as well as the OFFICIAL CAPCOM SF TOURNAMENT) i can imagine Udon booth will be packed…
i was sad enough i couldn’t go, but when they anounced the artist list (jo chen!!) AND that capcom was there, now i HAVE to go.,… or atleast get someone to pick stuff up for me

nonetheless, good looks with the pre-orders of the convention exclusives, any way people not attending can pay a little more to get some sketches with their order of the summer sketchbook? (wishful thinking)

Funny you should ask… some of the guys actually think that “I” should
participate in the tourney. I mean… I am SFD. laughs
The only problem is that I’ll be working the whole time.
And from what I hear SDCC is like… the E3 of comic books!
So its going to be CRAZY busy.
I’d love to participate, but I have to devote my time to something
other than Street Fighter for this one time… :sad:
Besides… I may be good… but I aint THAT good.

Wow great stuff. As much as I would love to pick up the signed hardcover, 20.00 for shipping is a ton. That makes the book cost $100.00. I want it, but 20.00 to ship one book is a lot. I have a feeling I’ll break if I keep thinking about it though.

If I may ask, why is there no Capcom/Udon/whoever Street Fighter panel this year? I had a great time at it, and was really looking forward to it this year. I looked through the scheduled panels, and didn’t see any this time around.

Are the Tournaments at the capcom booths goig to be going on every day, or only one day out of the entire con? details? im going thursday and maybe friday
Can someone provide samples of which pages will be in Alvin Lees’ portfolio pack 2? I saw the samples for 1 which made me decide to buy it so I would like to see the new ones and the Joe set too.

Dunno why you guys aren’t on the Marvel boards crying when they release a trade, then 3 months later release a “Director’s Cut” version of the same trade with tons of extras.
At least Udon waited what, 3 years?
Udoneko mentioned all of the back ups collected in one book about a year ago right here at SRK on this forum. Dig through his posts, it’s there. I’d look it up if I wasn’t so busy at the moment. Maybe I’ll do it later. But digging through his posts and reading them is a good idea, he addressed lots of complaints that seem to come up over and over again various times…

You’re sort of right Apathy, my apologies.
They could have done it in the first place though. That’s what bugs me on Udon, they try too hard to get money on what they’ve already done with all these different versions, variants, hardcover, softcover, etc. They could jsut get it right the first time, although we know why they don’t. Doesn’t bother me as a consumer as I’ll just buy the one but you lot get taken the piss out of.
