UDK whiffs on which character's crouch tech?

im sure some of you know that UDK whiffs on certain character’s crouch tech like Ibuki. I was wondering if there has been a list made of all players that it does whiff on. If not maybe we can start one here.

I don’t think it’s so clean cut… It’s timing dependant too…

Ibuki, Guy, and I think Viper.

I remember Dieminion using it against Uryo’s Viper at some championship. I don’t think it whiffes aganinst Viper…
