Alright, so I ran this hosting thing with my suitemates. They didn’t take it very well. One of us has the TV in his room, so he’s not really keen on letting people in that he doesn’t really know. Sorry 'bout getting your hopes up.

i think what would be even MOAR crackin’ would be to acquire the middle area of Price Center and host a huge tournament. then again… where to project the video. i dun think the LED banner on top of the price theater entrance would work. maybe not… huge. but a sizeable one. SFIV’s right around the corner, too. i wonder who we’d have to talk about to get something like that done… or if it’s even possible. or if the fighting game community in/around UCSD would even want something like that. community around UCSD doesn’t seem to care about fighting games much… just take a look at the Winter Game Fest line-up. <_<
in terms of where to play 3S… i don’t exactly know any of you people (yet).
so… i dunno know where all these places are aside from the Game Room 3S machine.
if it’s off campus, i’m kinda screwed for a ride. better start talking to people i meet. x]

Hey UCSD 3Ser’s. Finally, a place I can talk to you all. Some of you might have played me, I play Akuma. I think I know a couple of you, a Dudley and a Q guy, and a Ken. I just got my ass handed to me by a Makoto today (then again I’m going on almost zero sleep 
). I’m down to play this friday if any of you are going to be there in the Game Room.

i live in sixth, the 1000s building. release week for SFIV isn’t really a good time to get games in, and if we were going to get games in… i wouldn’t want to bring it the the lodge. BUT, we can play at my crib! (sorry, just a little overprotective about my stuff.)
let’s see… next week is 7th week… basically, the later half of 8th week is when we can get games in. oh… and i only have one HRAP3. so, if you, or any of yous for that matter, want to play bring your own stick, or play pad. whatever.

I went back to UCSD to talk to a prof and stopped by to see if anybody was playing. This was around 3-4. Two guys who were just starting out on Street Fighter was playing. I didn’t really expect to see anybody who posts on here to be there, so whatever.
I was playing Yang just in case somebody on here happened to see me play. Anyways, I’ll be making more random stops at UCSD every now and then in the next few months. I’ll try to make it from 12-1 I guess.
my place is always open for 3rd strike, hd remix, and soon sf4 players, smash melee/brawl, soul calibur 4, and tekken are welcome too. Just as long as you’re cool don’t make my place look and smell like shit, you’re more than welcome. I just bought an hdtv with my housemate, so hopefully, we’ll be running sf4 in hd 24/7. If you can, bring your own sticks, cause one of mine is out of commission until i order new sanwas.
