On campus?
I have a stick, but it’s PS3 though… I play mostly SF4, my 3S experience is very lacking to the point where I can’t parry or tech throws. But I’ll play for shits and giggles.
Off campus, but it’s easy to get to. Trust me. The campus Arriba shuttle will take you within 100 feet of my apartment complex entrance.
Also, I cleared up Friday with my aunt, I’ll just help her some other day. So yes, I will be hosting on Friday unless no one comes.

i can’t play on pad for the life of me… so it may be a moot point for me to go.
i’m going to vegas this weekend, so i can’t go friday. tomorrow is the best for me

I had thought about Wednesday also, but I had already told my apartment that it would be on Friday. Changing the time now would be kind of springing it up late, and I know that one of them would have a problem with it.
Not to mention that it gives me some more time to try and secure a stick. Might go for overnight shipping if the overall price is cheap enough.
Not to mention that I only have one pad. I’ll be stopping by gamestop tomorrow to see if they have a stick on hand and to also probably pick up another ps2 pad because having only one is kinda silly when you love fighting games.

another alternative is that we play it on a PC. since Xerym and I both have PS3 sticks, we should be able to play on PC… or that’s how i’ve been doing it.
but it also rests on if Xerym comes… and if he doesn’t mind looking dorky as hell lugging his stick around. x[

I ordered two sticks online last night, if we’re lucky one will arrive on friday (other one has not been shipped yet) by the time i get back from classes, but…
And as for xerym’s stick, it would be better to not bring it because I don’t have a ps3, only ps2. You ps3 people D:
So far, it looks like I’ll have to postpone the event. I think I’ll be able to host on Monday or Friday next week, although I’m leaning towards Friday as I have midterms on wed. and thurs.
Ha, I won’t walk around lugging my stick. I’d stash it in my backpack. Anyways, I’m not sure if I can come yet. I’m trying to go to an SF4 Ranbat this friday, but if I can’t get a ride to that ranbat, I’ll probably show up here.

One of them should be arriving this week, another will arrive 3-6 days from today. They didn’t offer faster shipping for some reason, or at least I couldn’t find it.
