As far as tournament dates go, Friday is fine for me, but I know it’s a problem for a lot of the regulars. If so, I wouldn’t mind changing it to Thursday.(but on Thursdays my classes end at 4:30 so that might be a bit of problem, but not much.)
Whatever the case, it would be best if the ones that DO have a problem with Friday as the date to speak up NOW. Not 2-3 days before the next tourney.
Friday worked out fine last time. But like I said I can do Thursdays at 2:30 if that’s better for you guys. Besides, I don’t want like 50 people crowding the game rooom. Somewhere between 15 and 30 people is a good number for a 4-tourney event. Just so you know we’ll be holding SF4 and CvS2, 3S, and MvC2 (hopefully there’s a big enough turnout for those games).
And for the guys I asked to help me out (Matt, Allen, and Ram) I’ll provide brackets for you guys after signups are complete so we have the exact number to format the tournaments. And I’ll trust you guys to keep hold of the entry fees while the games are running.
So it’s either 2/19 at 230, or 2/20 at 430 (can we do this earlier than 430?). Which one works better for you guys? And for extra incentive the winner of each tournament will also receive a good number of tokens (100 maybe). I’ll first need to run this by Jim or Dan to see if theyre ok with it.
I can’t do Thursdays: I end classes at 7.

I think a lot of people would have trouble making it on Thursday at 2:30. On Thursdays I am free between 1:30-3:00 then I have class until 4:30. Anything after 4:30 on Thursdays(or any other day) would work for me.
Friday at 2:30 or 3:00 PM might work, I remember Matt had to leave early(at around 6:45 PM) because of stuff. Making the Tourney earlier on Friday might work.
We can also rotate between Thursdays & Fridays, but that might get a bit confusing.
If you can make this happen people will probably cut class to show up

Or just do 50 tokens like MGL does (the people who helped run the brackets also got tokens).

Hey Bison can’t remember your name but we were playing 3s and then we fought my Abel vs Bison. Once you get that viper in shape I will be more then willing to see what you got. I need to figure out how to constantly do the triangle supers, once that happens Vega will be out for blood.
