It seems as if more top tier players from Japan are coming this year in comparison to last year. Even though they’ll beast every game they enter, it will be fun to have them around and watch them play.

As for Evo, i’m not going this year. I went to Evo 2002, and that was really fun…although after 3 wins…i got eliminated by Randy Lew. :mad: 
The console thing…i dunno…it has its pros and cons. In the end, i’d prefer arcade for a giant tourney like this.
We must all go and support Randy in taking MvC2.

hey all, i went to the MU today with my friend to play 3s (i played makoto and yang), it was cool cause some people were actually there, playing games, unlike when i usually go. i like the MU, nice arcade but when i go there is rarely anyone playing. when are the best times to drop in for just pickup games?

you know the guy in soul requiem’s avatar, who always hangs out at the muga and watches people play? he was watching me and my friend screw around in ggxx, and after i beat my friend we just got off the machine (even though i was still playing against the computer), and to my surprise… m.u. stalker guy sits down for a crack at ggxx…and even more surprising was that he was ** winning** in fact beating the crap out of the computer for quite a while on that one credit. oh well, anyways i played 3s a lot good games to those 2 guys i played.
omg. I would love to attend if that is possible. I have 2 DC. I also have a modified Agetech which use Happ ripoff convex buttons and arcade jpn stick if anyone wants to try it out. I mainly play 3S.

His friend actually knows how to play 3rd Strike a bit and parries stuff. He does nothing but jump in as Dudley though, so…meh. The AI’s footsies in that game own my universe.

Expect beasting with a super secret character next APEX season in GGXX. Some already know who it is… so shhhhh! Secret!

hmm, i played his friend about 20 or 25 games of 3rd strike then, since he played dudley a lot and jumped and parried a lot…we were about even until the end when he beat me about 5 times in a row >.<
