And I got HELLA lucky many times today… I think Tanaka woulda killed me if he didn’t mess up on the chun-li super… GGXX definitely was lucky especially the first round… Hey Eric, I should have stuck to Potemkin since he’s the character I used against you school but I had to go with Sol cuz I wasn’t too confident I can beat you with Potemkin, sorry about that man… but I admit I got lucky with that mashing air throw haha…

Good Job to the CVS2 team. I think last nights CVS was the best main event of all the UB’s yet. Andy vs Tae was my favorite match…so technical!

Venkitty, the pink obsessed golfer, we need to work on our Makoto. 
Ryan is hilarious. He followed me from Davis with Venkitty (aka"please let someone else drive") as his passenger because he doesn’t know how to get to Berkeley, but his @$$ doesn’t drive past 50-55 mph on the freeway! So he’s trailing 10 car lengths back and I call Venkitty multiple times to yell at him vicariously (because i dont know what havoc I would have casued if I called Ryan directly while driving). Told Venkitty to tell Ryan not to let any cars get in between us on the freeway or he would get lost:
Venkitty:“Ryan says you’re going to fast”
[Ryan in the background]: "YYeesss…DAGHHH"
Me: "MF! the ‘55’ speed limit sign is for trucks and trailers, not cars. I’m only going 65 now and can barely see you guys in the mirror…oh no…there is a Police car directly behind you guys…is that why he is going so slow?"
Venkitty: “Uhh…no. I honestly dont think he has any idea”
I hung up on Venkitty while laughing so hard.
50 minutes later we reach the University Ave exit and I change lanes early so he has time and space to get in behind me. With a lot of room in between my car and someone elses car, Ryan attempts to merge. All of a sudden he swerves back in forth from the lane he was merging to and the lane he just left. WTF!! Tanaka and I were dying and we see Venkitty cracking up too.
Now in Berkeley, just passing the orange parking structure I have to turn left onto Telegraph. I had the green and when pedestrians were gone I slip in and turn left. Ryan, not wanting to get lost in this big city SPEEDS UP to follow me real closely and just missed hitting 2 people crossing the street!! They have the right of way. As he passed them, they hit his car in anger. I call Venkitty:
Me: "What the heck is going on?! Remind Ryan that pedestrians have the right of way on a green before he can turn left. How hard did those guys hit the car?"
Venkitty: “It was pretty loud, but I don’t think Ryan even knows that happend too.”
On the street, I ask Ryan about his swerving on the exit.
Me: "Why did you swerve? You had all the room you needed. Didn’t you see the car behind you in the mirror?"
Ryan: "I never check my rear-view mirror. Whenever I change lanes or merge, I just go. If no one honk, I keep going. If someone honk I go back on reaction.“
Me: “'Reaction”!? this isn’t cvs2!”
Gosh, that was great.

About MvC2…considering that our team was missing people, we still do ok. All of us got at least one win, except for Kevin…who won twice with his I-haven’t-played-in-2-years Cable/Cyclops/Tron! That was tight. Overall, it was cool. Had fun, although i was hella tired. 
Good job everyone. Thanks to Andy for giving me a ride there and thanks to Tim for taking me back. And boy, that In-n-Out was damn good.
I found out who was behind the water balloons incident… I heard from credible sources that it was indeed, senor payaso!
He “left early” to go buy it and fill it up… then he waited for us to gather… while driving by he yelled out “PAIN TRAIN!!!” and BAM!!!
notice how he ONLY hit the berkeley people… especially me cuz he loves me the most…
But damn that was some good aim…

The return trip from UB to Davis is much easier cuz I know the way and I dont have to go above speed limit to follow Tony.
A sleeping Tanaka was much better than Venkitty asking me to drive faster.
Nothing much happened except I missed a turn and another pedestrian. :evil:

SCAMP is the biggest disappoint in the history of University Battle. Without his pathetic, inexcuseable loss in one of the GGXX coin tosses, we would have been a pristine 9-for-9 in coin tosses, I’m talking perfect, baby. But noOooOooOOoooOOooo. SCAMP had to go and screw it all up. Thanks a lot.
