Tekken and Third Strike both start at 1pm which means we all need to be there by 1230 at the latest to check in. In third strike Berkeley plays against us first - round robin. So I think we need to get there by 1200 basically.
Rides - who has a car? I am aware that Andy and Ryan have cars. I think Scamp also has a car. I would drive people but I never come back to Davis after University Battles nor do I go out to eat afterwards because I stay in Alameda those nights, so taking people there would disrupt bringing people back home.
This has to be resolved today…

Anyway, as rides go, I’m pretty much in the same boat as Anthony. I’d like to stay afterwards in Berkeley with my family. However, if no other options arise, I could drive back to Davis on Saturday night and then drive back down on Sunday.
If I end up not taking anyone, I’d actually like to leave to-night. I’m going to be doing homework for the next five hours. Someone make something happen!

Okay, well, getting to Berkeley won’t be a problem. Getting back might be, because Tony and Scamp will be leaving the group.
People going to Berkeley: Andy, Tony, Randy, Danny, Tim, Kevin, Andrew, Ryan, Venkat, Eric, Scamp
People that can drive: Andy, Tony, Tim, Ryan, Eric, Scamp, maybe Danny
Subtracting Scamp and Tony, we have four, maybe five drivers back. Tim and Kevin in one car for sure. So we are left with seven people.
I will drive, so somebody out of Ryan, Eric, and Danny needs to drive. We will have four drivers to Berkeley: Andy, Tony, Scamp, and Driver X. Eric is probably going to be the fourth driver, as Danny doesn’t really have a car, and Ryan gets parried by inanimate objects on the road.
Four drivers to Berkeley with 11 players for the tourney + any random spectators (like Mike Kent last time). Minus Tony and Scamp, we have two drivers back for nine people. My car can hold 4 comfortably, 5 not so, so the other car needs to be responsible for at least 4. This is all including drivers.
If your name was left off the list, and you are going to Berkeley, you must stink.

I left out Tanaka from the players list. You stink Tanaka.
Tim is driving Kevin and his friends to Berkeley, and probably isn’t staying for Hot Pot. So he doesn’t count either.
So, we are left with me and Eric (I have no idea on his status either. Ryan IS driving. So we have two, probably three drivers, back from Berkley with eight people, including drivers. Should be good.
Andy and Ryan are the people who need to drive back for sure. They can collectively bring back Randy, Danny, Tanaka, Venkat, and Andrew Lam. Randy will ride in Ryans car so he wont get lost, and we’ll be set.

i went to sac to hsu/jason’s place with him tonight. events included in his driving (abby and hsu can verify):
- playing with cat stuffed animal while driving
- perforing gigas breaker (360+punch) in the middle of the road (random u-turn)!!!
- going straight at an intersection, then hsu says turns left so in the middle of the intersection he stops and turns left… 90 degrees… scaring the guy behind us…
- going 50 mi per hour and abt to hit the car in front of us and then braking at the last moment (not just once, at EVERY stop) !
so yea, hope i make it to UB tommorow : \ … i told him to leave 4 hours early in case… hope i dont die. ^ ^
