GGs to everyone at EVO, marvel really gave me a show this year, sorry Regency Row that we didn’t get to run our set, I lost alot of money betting on the underdog this year and myself.

What an Evo! This will go down as one of my favorite evo’s ive been to. Everything was perfect and I have no complaints. Shoutouts to everyone who made it out and all the new people i met and played. Special shoutout to Delta for hosting casuals in his room on sunday and Khaos and Worldmatchue crew for coming thru. Preppy was good seeing you as well as the old school marvel players bill wellman/potter/albert. Im looking forward to next year main/undercard events. Ill give a rundown on what happened. We had about 40+ players with 3 setups playing in the BYOC section with alot of hype. The tournament did not go down because everyone was not there at the same time. All the players were scattered everywhere so it was hard to run a tournament plus only a few people was interested in entering the tournament. I started to collect everyone’s entry and only 2 people gave me money and the rest said ill wait for more signups. Most people just wanted to play casuals or exhibition matches. There were tons of exhibition matches that happened and i dont remember all of them so if anybody wants to post them up ill add it to the section.

Note: These matches were ran on a DC and on a LCD screen so there was LAG! Also the stick that was being used the fierce kept going out. This is not to take away from khaos victories just stating what the case is.
The future of Mvc2 at Evo. I spoke to Mr. Wizard and he said that evo will longer provide crt (tube) tvs anymore so it is in the community hands to provide there own. There are 2 options from here on out. 1: Someone can bring tv’s like telly and krazzy did or 2: I can setup a donation and buy some tvs from ebay and have them sent directly to the hotel and have someone take the tv to the evo ballroom byoc section. This is the only way it would work so we can keep this game alive and well at evo like super turbo. Everyone can vote on what they think the best option is. Most of everything was recorded with cam integrated so once me and 3nigmatic sit down and chop up the footage we will post it up soon. Keep checking back for updates. See everyone next year!
The future for Khaos in Mvc2. I spoke to worldmatchue and he agrees with this idea. I came up with this idea while i was on the plane and thought it would be tight to start a hit list for khaos since he feels like hes ready to take on all comers. In the old school kung fu movies you had to go to certain dojo’s and defeat there master before you get to the grand masters. I would like to see Khaos play everyone that i listed 1st before he gets Chris Schmidt, Sanford and Justin Wong.

When i spoke to Chunksta and Crizzle they said all they needed was 1 month and they would be back in there forms. I talked to crizzle yesterday and he said if he can get a training camp going with chunksta he has no problems playing khaos. He just wants to be in shape before anything goes down. Vids will be up soon after we chop the footage and edit it so keep checking back.

I agree. A tournament should have happened but I cannot force anybody to give me there money when they say ill just wait. We can do this, I tried for 2 years now to do a tournament and it didnt go down and offered a pot bonus. So I need to past the torch to someone else who is willing to run the tournament. Ill do the usual as far as getting it hype and setting up matches but for tournament that can be in somebody elses department.
Um yeah, the MM were ran on LCD’s but both Neo and CableGuy agreed to the matches so thats there problem! As far as that stick giving out on FP, thats a bunch of bullshit! I dont play stick ever and when I do I usually have 1,000,001 excuses why I just lost the previous match and there always stick/buttons related but i played on the stick all day and there was nothing wrong with it! Just clearing that up! Im also talking to chunk and crizzle both to try and setup the next match, I can get a suite at a hotel for this to go down at because the arcade usually suck and dont provide enough room to get hype, so thats were I would like it to go down and If it does I will let people know whats good!
@ABK I said I don’t have a problem with your hit list, but the only problem I have is that those matches are to far away to setup or be thinking about. I will talk to Khaos and see who he would like to play in what order and well go from there! As far as i’m concerned none of these are happened because nobody wants none! If anything is gonna happen these guys need to get in contact with ME! I don’t want anymore he said she said MM’s, you either talk to me and I talk to Khaos or they don’t happen!
Or you guys can stop being hipsters and play on ps3/360 with the asus!
Mvc2 brings so much hype to the gaming community that it’s hard to pass it up and not be part of EVO. Wish someday the “Hype” for this game will grab the attention of EVO once again and make it a fans special request tournament or something along that nature. I know many of the marvel gods would love to make their mark once again on this game.
