already 46 signups in 4 days - I think this cap is too low, expecially since there are people who are undecided but can still make the trip to Japan.
If things keep going at this rate, I think a 128 players cap qould be more appropriate.
It won’t be filled probably, but players from qualified teams could get the byes if necessary.

The reason for the cap is due to time constraints. Initially Matusda wanted the tourney to be held post-SBO due to pre-SBO being extremely busy. However he kindly agreed to allow it to be run a few days before. The 64 player cap is to cut down on time constraints plus realistically I will be suprised to see 64 foreign players there on the day.

On that note I have decided to reserve 6 spots for the time being. 3 of these are for the WC SBO Qualifying team leaving 3 for possible random top players that might show up. (eg: ACK) This should be enough as you also have to consider that as per every tournament there is always a few people who sign-up but dont show for whatever reason.

However I do ask that if Team WC is intending to come to have the courtesy to post here so I can add you guys on and remove the reserve.
