Two PS3 Sticks on PS4 USF4... How?

Obviously, it does not work. If I log out then onto another account, it just logs out the original player, can someone just tell me some steps to do this? Thanks.

You know what, it’s stupid that you need two PS4 controllers to do this, so I guess I can’t.

I have two ps4 controllers and two sticks and still nothing

I’ve gotten 2 PS3 sticks to work at same time following those directions. Must log onto guest/secondary account for 2nd stick.
